Next, you can do shoulder rotations and shoulder stretches to release tension in your upper body muscles

In the third minute, the app guides you through a series of backward and forward bends, while the fourth is dedicated to alternate nostril breathing exercises. To top it off, you can relax by doing some humming bee breathing and meditation. The only drawback is that the application doesn’t offer an intuitive interface. However, continuous usage and familiarity can easily resolve this issue.
